Bilyaminu Umar

Bilyaminu Umar is a graduate of Mathematics from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, an entrepreneur, a Fellow of the First Nigerian School of Internet Governance, Member, Internet Society, Nigeria Chapter, Arewa Tech Society, Mathematical Association of Nigeria (MAN),  Sokoto Entrepreneurs Hub, Director Operations Peoples’s Vanguard Magazine, CEO People’s Choice Digital and Buytech Global Resources.

Bilyaminu is currently a teacher at Sultan Muhammadu Maccido Institute for Qur’an and General Studies Sokoto.


Nkoro Nkoro E

Nkoro, Nkoro Essang

Nkoro, Nkoro E. is a Management Information System Officer (MISO) with Cross River Fadama NG-CARES Project with over 11 years experiences with focus on Project Planning, design & implementation; Monitoring & Evaluation of Donor (World Bank) Assisted Project in Nigeria – specific areas of expertise include: Management Information System/Information Management; data gathering/data analysis & reporting and ICT. He is also a CEO of Profbonny International.

He has B.Sc. in Accounting from University of Calabar and B.Sc. in Applied Technology from Brigham Young University, Idaho U.S. (Inview). He is a Certified Senior Professional Member (SPMIIM) with Institute of Information Management Africa and Member Corporate Administration Institute (MCAI) with Institute of Corporate Administration, numerous others National and International trainings.


Dough Onah Owojoku

He holds a Masters Degree in Forensic Science from the University of Ibadan and works as a researcher at the University of Calabar. He is a fellow of the Nigerian School on Internet Governance, Scholar, European Forum Alpbach. He currently serves as the Communications Executive for the UNESCO GAPMIL YOUTH COMMITTEE across five regions (Africa, Asia Pacific, Arab States, North America – Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean ). He is also on the “NonState Actors Working Group On the 9th Assembly Nigerian Constitution Review Process” led by the Pan African Centre for Social Development and Accountability. In 2020, he worked as a co-lead the UNESCO Awareness-raising Campaign on Migration and COVID-19 in West and Central Africa.
