Moses Faya

Moses Faya is a seasoned Technology Attorney, with a keen focus on the digital economy, covering startups, data protection, Financial Technology, Regulation Technology, and other emerging technologies. As the founder of Tech Policy Advisory, he leads a firm dedicated to navigating the complex intersection of law, business, and technology for both public and private sector clients. His involvement in the Digital NBA and the NBA-SBL Technology Committee underlines his commitment to digital transformation and legal excellence in Nigeria, aiming to empower commercial lawyers to navigate the intricacies of the digital economy. Moses’s passion for knowledge dissemination and technological advancement drives his mission to shape the future of technology law, policy, and governance, both locally and globally.


Morenikeji Moses Oni

Morenikeji Oni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in team leadership and providing legal, regulatory, and business advisory services. Specializing in leveraging technology to enhance legal processes, documentation, and compliance, Morenikeji has worked with startups and SMEs, offering invaluable expertise. During his tenure at Tech Hive Advisory, he contributed to policy research and writing, as well as curating news updates for email newsletters. Currently, Morenikeji is expanding his knowledge in cybersecurity, data protection privacy, green economy, and startups, while developing technical skills such as data analysis, information security, and privacy. He is a member of the Internet Society (Nigerian Chapter), a member of the Digital Marketing Community (DigiClan), and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.


Kehinde Oluwasegun Adegboyega

Kehinde Adegboyega is a digital rights policy expert that leads Human Rights Journalists Network Nigeria, a registered not for profit organization that collaborate to document, build capacity and advocate on human rights in Nigeria. He is a fellow of the African School on Internet Governance and holds an Advance Certificate in Digital Rights in Africa from the Center for Human Rights, University of Pretoria.

 


Mojirayo Oluwatoyin Ogunlana

Mojirayo Oluwatoyin Ogunlana is a digital rights lawyer on a mission to establish a legal framework at national and regional levels that safeguards a free and open internet while upholding human rights. She champions strategic litigation in courts to challenge constraints on freedom of expression, association and assembly. She coordinates advocacy campaigns to enforce these fundamental rights across West Africa, envisioning a thriving civic space for current and future generations in the region. Mojirayo is the Principal Partner of M.O.N. Legal, a law firm based in Abuja, Nigeria and the founder of the DiGiCiViC Initiative, a non-governmental organization. She is a fellow of the Internet Society Nigeria, and serves as a co-chair of the Legal and Digital Rights Working Group.


Eseosa Ivie Olotu

Eseosa is a lawyer, mediator , who was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. She has over 10 years experience as a lawyer , in corporate, commercial , space law and governance, intellectual property law. She is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, and has taken several courses in data privacy and data protection law.
